What a helpful and thorough man! I could not have asked for more care and attention - he was calm, reassuring, professional and looked at the "big picture" as well as the subject of the referral. Marvellous!

Mr Parmar was very caring, especially as I was very nervous. He explained the whole process very clearly and had a good sense of humour which helped to put me at ease. I feel he helped to make something I was dreading a little more bearable.
